Knife Gate Valve is designed with features that
are far superior than most conventional Knife
Gate Valves; that is why we are proud to term
our Knife Gates as "High Performance Knife
Gate Valves."
Our
products provide the tight shut off in the fluid
industry. Our valves solve jamming issues,
prevent leakage downstream, and stop packing
leak problems. Our unique features and design
concepts provide a level of performance
previously thought unattainable from a knife
gate valve. These features and design concepts
are put into an extreme maintenance friendly
package. Our products will reduce process down

turn around when maintenance is required.

Single piece heavy duty cast fully lugged
body robust in construction catering to
extreme applications and dead end service.

Blow out proof gate made of stainless steel
and other superior alloys ground and
polished with super surface finish on both
sides to assure positive shutoff.

The machined and highly finished stuffing
box to ensure a leak proof gland packing
design and perfect stem sealing.

Both METAL and RESILIENT SEAT options are
available, with a shutoff capability
exceeding the requirements of the standard
MSS SP - 81.

A
variety of Actuator options are offered with
an unique feature of Yoke that permits
interchange ability of manual and pneumatic
actuators.

A
fully complementary set of accessories and
other optional features are offered.

Full Port designed round bore that ensures
high Cv and low pressure drop.

Bonnet less design and a fully guided gate
with cast jams in the body bore.

Radiused gate for positive sealing with an
adjustable cast heavy duty gland for
constant packing sealing.

Moulded elastomer replaceable body seat for
easy maintenance.

No welding between gate and stem ensuring
positive drive.

Sliding position indicator for continuous
visual position indication.

Provision for deflector cone for handling
slurries and viscous liquids to avoid
trapping in the body bore.

Easy retrofit connection from manual to
pneumatic operation for field replacements.

Silicon free assembly to meet eco friendly
environment requirements.
