behalf of BDK Engineering Industries Limited,
the Khimji family announces the acquisition of
Valve Business of BDK by WEIR Group PLC
(“WEIR”). The new business will be termed as
WEIR-BDK and the acquisition process completion
is conditional on tax clearance scheduled for
October 2010.
We
assure you that this will in no way disrupt our
normal working relationships. There are going to
be no changes in our transactions except the
change in name; which will be notified to all,
no sooner the legal formalities are completed.

Industrial Valves Manufacturer. Now the time has
come; the flags are set”.
We
